You're requesting Avv. Alfonso Ruoccodiritto commerciale · diritto civile · diritto societario
ChangeAsk Avv. Ruocco for thirty minutes to work out what you need.
Tell us what happened: on a video call you hear where you stand, what you risk and which service you need, with its price.
150 €plus 4% CPA and VAT, where due
- If you go ahead with a service, we deduct the 150 € from its price.
- If the advice is enough, you receive a signed, written opinion within 3 working days.

From payment to decision, in four steps
No quote to wait for and no clock running. You know what you get, and what you spend, before you start.
Book and describe the case
Pay by card and, in the app, write down what happened in a few lines. You can attach letters, contracts or photos: the lawyer reads them before the call.
Your case goes to Avv. Ruocco
If available, Avv. Ruocco contacts you to set the video call. Otherwise we hand it to a colleague in the same field.
Thirty minutes on a video call
The lawyer has already read the case. They tell you which options you have, which service you need (if any) and what it costs.
You decide. Either way, nothing is wasted
- Go ahead: the consultation price is deducted from the service.
- Stop here: a signed, written opinion within 3 working days.
When it pays to start with a consultation
When you need to know where you stand and what you need, before you act. If one of these sounds familiar, start here.
Consultation or fixed-price service?
If you already know what you need, go straight to the service. If you don't, start with the consultation: if you then go ahead, you don't spend a euro more.
The consultation
150 €, deducted if you then buy a service
- You don't know which service you need, or whether you need one
- You want to talk to a person before signing or replying
- If you stop here, you receive a signed, written opinion
A service from the catalogue
Fixed price for each matter
- You already know what you need: a formal notice, a contract, an appeal
- You want the document done, not an opinion on what to do
- Already had the consultation? Its price is deducted from the service
How the deduction works, with real prices
Pick a catalogue service as if the lawyer had recommended it. In the end you spend what the service costs on its own: the consultation is already inside.
The same as the service on its own. The consultation cost you nothing extra.
A few things, in writing
Lawyers, not consultants
The video call is with a lawyer registered with the Bar, never a consultant. They are the lawyers you see on this page, with name and photo.
The price you see
A fixed fee, plus statutory additions: 4% CPA and VAT (where due). No hourly billing. If you need a service, we tell you its fixed price, and deduct the consultation.
Deadlines in writing, not promises
If you stop at the consultation, the delivery term of your written opinion is on this page: we don't promise it over the phone.
Confidentiality
What you tell us is covered by professional privilege. Data is processed under the GDPR, on servers in the European Union.
What people ask before booking
How does the deduction work?
You pay for the consultation. If you then buy the service the lawyer recommended, we take what you already paid off its price: in total you spend what the service costs on its own. The deduction does not expire, it holds even if you decide later.
What if I don't need any service?
You receive the lawyer's signed, written opinion: the facts as you told them, their assessment and the steps to take now. It is a PDF and it is yours.
Who will my lawyer be?
One of the lawyers on this page: your case goes to whoever handles your field. For now you cannot pick the name in advance.
When do we have the video call?
After payment you open the case in the app and the assigned lawyer contacts you to set the time. All you need is a phone or a computer with a camera.
Are thirty minutes enough?
To understand where you stand and what you need, yes: the lawyer has already read your case and attachments. The actual work, if needed, is the service.
First find out what you need. Then decide.
Thirty minutes with a lawyer in your field. If you go ahead with a service, we deduct the consultation. If not, the written opinion is yours.
